13th Biennial Conference of the European Association for Research on Adolescence

GENERAL INFORMATION

Venue
The Conference will take place at the Anargyrios-Korgialeneios School, on the island of Spetses, Greece. The complex includes five main buildings, an open-air theatre and the Anargyros residence, all fine examples of turn-of-the-century classical architecture.

Language
The official language of the conference is English.

Exhibition
An exhibition of publishers and other organisations will be on display throughout the Conference

The conference fee includes for all participants:

•       Welcome Reception
•       Guided tour to Bouboulina's Museum
•       Tour of the Spetses Island (includes sightseeing tour & stop for a swim at a beach)

Accommodation
Triaena Tours & Congress has reserved several rooms on the island of Spetses for EARA 2012 participants. A limited number of rooms is available at the Anargyrios-Korgialeneios School, mostly for students. All rooms will be confirmed on priority basis (first come, first served).

Disabled persons access
In the Anargyrios-Korgialeneios School there is no access for disabled persons, due to the fact that it is a historical building with no modern facilities.
You are kindly requested to indicate any special need to the conference secretariat.

Liability and insurance
The Organizers have no responsibility whatsoever for injury or damage involving persons and property during the Conference. Participants are advised to carry out their own personal insurance.

Transportation from/to Spetses

TRANSFERS
Group transfer will be organized from the Athens Airport to the island of Spetses and vice versa at pre- scheduled hours,  by luxury coaches .Duration of travel 4 hours.
Please advise us, at your earliest convenience,  your arrival and departure flight details.
